A message dated April 5, 1994, was read stating the Governor has               
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 529                                                            
"An Act amending the medical assistance and community                         
developmental disabilities grants appropriations in sec. 38, ch. 65,
